The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

1. Around May 6, 2014, the summary of the facts charged D Party E reported to the head of the Seoul Guro-gu Police Station an outdoor assembly ( demonstration progress) to the effect that approximately 100 people participate in the Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Republic of Korea in the “G Assembly” under the pretext that the D Party E will create a more valuable society than the profit.

On May 8, 2014, from around 19:20 to 22:00, the Defendant attended an assembly of “G” organized by the left-hand-hand side of H Jeong door in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, with 350 visitors, and then moved to 40 visitors from the J, which is located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul at around 23:50 meters away from the above place of report of the assembly at around 23:50 on the same day according to the public notice of the above E, etc.

The Defendant, together with the above 40 persons, committed an act that clearly deviates from the scope of the original reported purpose, date, time, place, method, etc., such as holding free speech and relief, such as "K Water Ba and Violence Police Water Ba," etc. at that place, and did not immediately dissolve the Defendant, even though he/she received the order of the aforementioned act from the guard and the head delegated by the head of the Seoul Southern Police Station at around 23:53 on the same day, the demand for voluntary dispersion at around 23:5, the first dispersion order at around 23:55, the second dispersion order at around 23:58, the second dispersion order at around 0:0 on May 9, 2014, and the fourth dispersion order at around 0:08.

Accordingly, the defendant refused to comply with the police's dispersion order.

2. According to each of the visual and investigative reports (the attachment of a copy of the assembly report, confirmation of the distance from the place of suspect assembly, page 250, page 253 of the evidence record) of field documentary evidence photographs and video CDs (Evidence No. 27 of the evidence record), the defendant will hold a G in which approximately 100 persons participate in the first delivery of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, in order to create a society where lives are more valuable than profits, around 23:50 on May 8, 2014.
