Punishment of the crime

1. On April 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was present at the meeting of the “National Labor Union Workers’ Meeting” held in Seoul plaza with approximately 8,800 participants, including members of the National Democratic Labor Union, from around 13:30 to around 16:25 of April 24, 2015; (b) on the same day, more than 7,000 participants of the meeting and more than 16:45 of the same day began driving along the way prior to the moving direction from Seoul plaza to two sides; and (c) on the same day, from around 16:48 to around 16:08 of the same day, the Defendant left the parallel route reported by 2 A, 18:08 to April 25, 200 of the same day, with more than 18:0 participants and more than 3:3,000 participants of the vehicle, thereby obstructing the passage of the vehicle to Jongno-gu one lane.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. A crime on May 1, 2015;

A. On May 1, 2015, from around 21:38 to 22:43 of the same day, the Defendant interfering with general traffic, the written indictment refers to the period from around 21:15 to around 02:00 of the following day, but the defense counsel asserts that there is a lack of evidence regarding this part. As such, the Defendant’s participation in the meeting of the Defendant is limited to the time period during which the attendance at the meeting of the Defendant is recognized by means of a photograph (value of visual characteristics).

In the presence of 800-1,300 joint members of the Ansan-ri and the family members of the Sewol ferry in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, 400 to 800-1,300, the 416 joint and several gatherings held as the society of the Republic of Korea held as a group of 416 joint and several times, and the vehicle traffic was obstructed by attending a report meeting and occupying six lanes in both directions of the Andong-ri-dong Roter with the participants in the assembly.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

B. The number of participants in the assemblies mentioned in the preceding paragraph, who did not comply with the dispersion order, occupies 800-1,300 laness without permission for the two directions of the Andong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong, and attempts to go against the Cheongdo-do-
