1. On May 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) attended “20,000 Korean Democratic Workers Labor Union Hack for the 20,000 World Workers’ Hack for the 2015 World Workers’ Republic of Korea; (b) from around 16:40 of the same day to around 18:50 of the same day, the Defendant attended the 20,000 participants of the said Hack for the said Hack for the Hack for the 2nd Hack for the Hack-dong and the Analk-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-Dong from around 21:15 to around 02:00; and (c) attended the 6th day from around 16:16th day to around 300,000 the following day to the 6th day to the 6th day of the conference.”

2. However, since participants, including the defendant, failed to comply with the demand for voluntary dispersion, the above director of the security division at around 21:42 of the same day, the second dispersion order at around 21:48 of the same day, the third dispersion order at around 21:53 of the same day, the fourth dispersion order at around 22:00 of the same day, the fourth dispersion order at around 22:35 of the same day, the fiveth dispersion order at around 22:33 of the same day, and the sixth dispersion order at around 23:33 of the same day, the defendant did not

Accordingly, the defendant has jurisdiction.
