Defendant shall be punished by a fine of forty thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 20,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The driver of any motor vehicle shall be prohibited from stopping or parking a motor vehicle at a place within 10 meters from the crosswalk.

Nevertheless, while driving a B-si on July 4, 2015, the Defendant stopped the said taxi for about 40 seconds from the crosswalk installed at the front of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 102-ro 13 (Yyoung-dong) on the road in front of the Yeongdeungpo-gu 102-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
