1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 100,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The driver of any motor vehicle shall be prohibited from stopping or parking a motor vehicle at a place within 10 meters from the crosswalk.

Nevertheless, at around 05:22 on October 26, 2014, the Defendant stopped approximately three seconds the above taxi at the edge of the road, which does not fall short of about 1m from the crosswalk installed therein, after passing through the direction of the west-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City.
