Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 60,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 30,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The driver of any motor vehicle shall be prohibited from stopping or parking the motor vehicle at any place that is located within five meters from the edge of an intersection, or the corner of a road, or at a place that is located within ten meters from the edge of a road crossing or the crosswalk.

On October 28, 2012, at around 01:28, the Defendant parked and stopped a taxi that he/she operates in the zone near the crosswalk set up in the audience of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the crosswalk set up in the vicinity of the Guro-gu, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
