Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Road Traffic Act (violation of the prohibition of parking or stopping) is a person engaging in driving of B rocketing taxi;

The driver of any motor vehicle shall be prohibited from stopping or parking in any place within 10 meters from the crosswalk.

Nevertheless, around 02:00 on October 12, 2018, the Defendant stopped the said taxi for about 20-30 seconds in order to wait for customers on the crosswalk 8, 55-ro, Mapo-gu, Seoul.

2. Any driver of a violation of the Road Traffic Act shall comply with a police officer's request for presenting his/her driver's license while driving;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not comply with the request for presentation of C’s driver’s license, which is a police official to control the stopping of crosswalks, at the same time and place as the above paragraph (1).
