1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 14, 2013, at around 22:30 on August 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) followed by the victim E (here, 20 years of age) who was protruding a path on the street in front of the D building located in Busan, the Defendant forced the victim to leave the right shoulder and led to one meter.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

2. On August 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender on the charge of indecent act within the F District of the Busan Summer Police Station; and (b) assaulted G on a slope G, i.e., creating a bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch son. The Defendant sent a bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch son; and (c) assaulted the Defendant with a bitle bitch that he reported.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties in relation to G and H criminal investigation, which is a police official.

3. In the case where E and I are located at the same place and place as above 2, the Defendant expressed the victim’s horse J “I bit bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and expressed the victim’s horse bitch bitch bitch, who is notified by K on the part of the victim’s situation that punishment can be imposed due to brightness.”

Accordingly, the defendant insultd the victims openly.
