A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 11, 2015, the Defendant was in office as an employee of the registration team of the law firm located in Ansan-si, Nowon-gu, Seoul, a member-si, and was delegated with the registration of the right to a site and the transfer of ownership from the victim D and was used for other purposes, such as office expenses, at his own discretion while he was transferred KRW 1,81,810 to be kept.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.

When the Defendant used the registration cost received from D for another purpose at his own discretion, and received demands from D to demand the registration of transfer as soon as possible while failing to complete the registration of transfer delegated, he had the Defendant forged the court’s written information and the notice of completion of the registration, which was forged to deliver it to D.

On August 25, 2010, the Defendant issued a notice of completion of written information and registration, such as information issued by the branch court of the non-scopic district court in its custody in the above law firm office, and by using his own computer on the paper of notice of completion of registration: D: The purpose of ownership transfer, grounds for registration, and date: Ansan-si in Gyeonggi-do: the land ownership transfer on December 16, 2009 and the authority of the Suwon-gu District Court's Ansan-si Branch on August 25, 2010 and copied the printed material stating "the authority of the Suwon-do District Court's Ansan-si Branch's Ansan-si Branch's Ansan-si Branch". On the paper, the Defendant prepared a copy of the notice of completion of written information and completion of registration, such as the name of the agency, such as the Suwon District Court's Ansan-si Branch-si Branch of registration and the security Stopic of the notice of completion of registration by removing it on the paper.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a copy of official document on rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering, and exercised it.
