A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[ all facts] The names, influences, including C (one name D), and E (one name “F”), do not change rights for a long time, and as if the land owner’s lineal existence of the nominal provider (one name “B”), forged the transcript, etc., and then resells the ownership transfer registration based on false inheritance based on it, thereby acquiring profits by means of forging the ownership transfer registration based on the false inheritance. The Defendant introduced the land from the land owner G, which was introduced from the land owner, provided the original copy of the registration and the document for forgery, and conspired to divide profits by selling the land “B” land owned by H, on the basis of this, after being registered for the transfer of the land owned by H.
[Criminal facts]
1. On April 2017, the Defendant: (a) issued to C documents, such as the abstract of the Defendant’s resident registration, family relation certificate, and the Defendant himself/herself; (b) documentary copies of the evidence support department J, K, and attached L in Gangnam-gu Seoul, on the basis of the aforementioned public offering; and (c) C sent such documents to C, on the part of the Defendant.
Then, in a way that it is difficult to know about May 2017, the liability for forgery of name in the name of the above K was changed from “M” to “H”, and deleted “O” from “N” to “H”, and drafted a total of six official documents as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with those who did not receive the name, and the Defendant committed the same in collusion with a certified copy of the official document.
2. On May 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a forged transcript, etc. from C, which was forged by a person who was not aware of his/her name, and delivered it to E, a chief executive officer of “P” of “P”; and (b) on June 8, 2017, the Suwon District Court’s two equal indictments located in the Gyeonggi-si Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, as the said law firm staff.
