Psychotropicly purchased 0.05g of philophones, psychotropic drugs were administered by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection and dilution with water to the Defendant’s own arms.

C. around June 12, 2016, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs at the house of 502 G building of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, at H’s office of 502, with cash of KRW 600,000,000, and with approximately 0.7 grams from H.

The Defendant, around June 13, 2016, runs counter to the mutual infuseuries I located in Seosan-si around Seosan-si and above to B.

Psychotropic 0.05g (per-time administered quantity of philophones) among philophones purchased as stated in paragraph (1) provided psychotropic drugs.
