A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Nos. 1 through 3, which have been seized by the defendant, shall be confiscated, and 90,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. At around 19:00 to 20:00 on September 20, 2016, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs by receiving approximately 300,000 won for purchase of psychotropic drugs from D, under the pretext of the purchase price for psychotropic drugs (tentatively referred to as “clopon”; hereinafter referred to as “copon”).

2. At around 20:00 to 21:00 on September 20, 2016, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.1gg of philophones purchased, such as the foregoing paragraph (1), into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection into the Defendant’s arms bloodline.

3. At around 21:00 on September 29, 2016, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs by receiving 3.50,000 won from D, in the same place as above 1:350,000 won, in the name of the purchase price of philopon, and 0.5 galphopon from D.

4. At around 22:00 to 23:00 on September 29, 2016, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.1gg of philophones purchased as stated in the foregoing paragraph 2, into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.

5. On October 21, 2016, around 16:00 to 17:00, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs from a farm located in Yangju F, 3.50,000 won in terms of the purchase price of philopon, and 0.5g of philopon from D.

6. On October 21, 2016, at around 18:00 to 19:00, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.1gg of philophones purchased as stated in the foregoing paragraph 2, into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.
