Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On May 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 500,000,00 to E at the coffee shop near the Mac-ro (hereinafter referred to as the “copon”; hereinafter referred to as the “copon”) around the middle malophone in order to obtain approximately 0.8g of psychotropic drugs.

2. The Defendant administered psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.07g of philophones into a single-use injection device at G in Macheon-si F around the day of the above-mentioned 1 p.m., and by dilutioning it with natural water, etc. at the Defendant’s hand.

3. The Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs from E’s car parked in front of the I’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H around June 1, 2016 to E with approximately KRW 800,000 of the purchase price of phiphones and approximately 1.5 gramphones from E.

4. At the same time as above 3, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.07 grophonephones into a single-use injection machine at the trade in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Samsungdong, and dilution with raw water and injection to the Defendant’s hand.

5. On June 7, 2016, the Defendant received psychotropic drugs by receiving approximately 0.4 grams from E at the K cafeteria parking lot located in his/her own cityJ from E without compensation.

6. The Defendant administered psychotropic drugs by inserting approximately 0.07 gramopon at the Defendant’s home located in Scheon City L at a single-use injection machine, dilution with fresh water, and injection with Defendant’s hand.

7. On June 10, 2016, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs by receiving approximately 270,000 gramphones from 105 E of the Dong Government-si MM building No. 105 and 0.4g gramphones.

8. The Defendant put approximately 0.07 gramphones into a disposable injection machine at the same time and place as above 7.
