Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

On June 21, 2015, at the above office around 21:00, the Defendant provided a penphone by giving approximately 0.05g of the penphone purchased as above to L free of charge.

E. At around 17:00 on July 11, 2015, the Defendant received from F a free 0.05 gramopon from F to put it into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection into one’s arms, and received and administered roopon.

2. Defendant B

At the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1), A received approximately 0.05 gramphones free of charge, put them into a disposable injection machine, dilution them with water, and receive and administer phiphones by injection into one’s own arms.

In the same time, place, F, free of charge with 0.05g philophones, and in the above manner, they received and administered philophones by taking them into account in the above manner.
