[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
C and Defendant A are private villages; Defendant C’s social worship; Defendant C’s Defendant D’s loan arrangement advertisement; Defendant C’s loan arrangement advertisement; and Defendant C’s loan arrangement.
1. In order to raise money to purchase a heavy vehicle, Defendant C and Defendant A requested Defendant C to arrange a loan with the knowledge that Defendant C, a private village type, attempted to forge a document and receive a loan. Accordingly, Defendant C forged or altered the business registration certificate, etc. of the “E” company to be used for the loan, etc., and Defendant A conspired to apply for credit card issuance and loan using forged or altered document.
Defendant A, on October 10, 2018, issued a business registration certificate as if he/she operated the “E” company, and then can cans the cans file on the main date of Defendant C. Defendant C. Defendant C, on October 15, 2018, printed out the cans file from the FPC bank located in the Busan Seo-gu to “ October 8, 2018,” with “the opening date of the business among the cans file from the FPC bank located in Busan Seo-gu to “FPC bank 8, 2017.” Defendant C, on October 8, 2018, printed out the cans file from the FPC bank located in Busan Seo-gu, with “the opening date of the business” to “the date of February 8, 2017,” and written on each cans file of the certificate of income amount and the certificate of value-added tax base for the name in his/her custody to “the date of the business that Defendant A started using the above Potopsing program.”
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the public document in collusion, the Defendants altered a business registration certificate for Defendant A, which was under the name of the director of the North Busan District Tax Office, and forged a certificate of income and a value-added tax base certificate for Defendant A, which was under the name of the director of the North Busan District Tax Office, the public document.
