A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2019, the participants in the Assembly were in possession of two lanes on the left side on the basis of the central line, and the participants in the Assembly were in possession of the outer one of the two two lanes on the basis of the central line, and the police officers were in the one-way line in order to prevent the collision between the two assemblies, and the police officers passed the vehicle immediately following the police officers.

The defendant is a person participating in the assembly B, and the victim D is a slope belonging to the Daegu Regional Police Agency E, and was in the central line for the above reasons.

At around 16:30 on August 31, 2019, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the participants of C assembly who participated in the B assembly on the opposite line, such as “Chewing few few few wom, North Korea, Gaz”; and (b) took an article into consideration; (c) the police officers, such as the victims, etc. prepared to prevent the collision between the two assemblies at the center line, engage in both arms, and take two arms at one time with their own hand and body, and the victim is able to see the part of the police officers, such as the victim, etc., on a several occasions; and (d) the victim is a vehicle after the vehicle passes after the end of the B assembly; and (e) the victim is able to see the victim’s body and the victim’s body remaining after the end of the string of the B assembly.”
