The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 27, 201, in violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act, around August 28, 201, an assembly was held to withdraw the temporary layoff of the Hanjin Heavy Industries, which was supervised by the Hanjin Heavy Industries Labor Group, etc., and 3,500 members of the labor union and the members of each social organization. The participants of the assembly resolved to occupy the roads of the Hanjin Heavy Industries Group as soon as the meeting ends, and the Defendant participated in the above assembly.

On August 28, 2011, the participants, including the Defendant, conspiredd with the above participants in the assembly, to start at the Cheongsan square and start on August 23:34, 201, and run in the order of pllass hotel backway, lot department store, Hanrogate, Seoul Station, Seodaemunrogate, and independent park, and occupied 3-4 lanes in the direction of proceeding the road. The head of the Seodaemun-gu Police Station Security Station who was delegated with the authority by the chief of the Seodaemun-gu Police Station on August 27, 2011 requested voluntary dispersion around 23:44, the first dispersion order around 23:49, around 201, around 23:54, August 27, 2011, and the dispersion order around 23:54, August 27, 2011, and the participants of the assembly, including the Defendant, did not immediately withdraw the above participants, without delay.

Accordingly, the defendant did not comply with the dispersion order.

2. At the time stated in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with the participants in the assembly at the above conference conference, the Defendant: (b) moved in the following three-4 lanes in order: (c) the hotel backway, lot department store, Hanrogate, Seoul Station, Seodaemunrogate, and independent parks; and (d) the Defendant interfered with the traffic of the land along which ordinary vehicles pass by by occupying three-4 lanes in the direction of proceeding on the road.
