Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 11, 2012, the Defendant participated in the assembly called the “National Workers’ Competition for the Resolution of C Issues and the Gross SPS for the Gross SPR on August 201, 2012, which was held before the Industrial Bank located in Young-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu.”

On August 7, 2012, the B trade union held an assembly to the chief of Yeongdeungpo-gu Police Station as above, and reported the assembly to the effect that it starts from the fixed door of the Industrial Bank using two lanes and crosswalks, and runs from the Industrial Bank, and goes through eight copies of the Export-Import Bank and the Han River Park.

However, on August 11, 2012, the participants of the assembly were divided into two large numbers after the completion of the assembly, and attempted to take a fright away from the National Assembly. Around November 14, 2012, approximately 1,500 participants, including the Defendant, engaged in the assembly from around November 14:30 to 14:5, the participants of the assembly, including the Defendant, attempted to take a fright away from the 1,500 assembly, using a banner, stating the phrase “the fright to remove the fright to death,” i.e., the fright to remove the fright to death, i.e., the fright to break down the fright to be the total strike, and carried out a fright away from the center near the KBS broadcasting station.

In the process, the Defendant, along with approximately 1,50 assembly participants, occupied four lanes in both directions near the 5th Do Park on August 11, 2012 from around 14:31 to around 14:5, the Defendant started driving along the 5th Do Park, and had the vehicles passing along the road by using two lanes near the KS main office and participating in demonstration on the road.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with traffic by jointly occupying roads in collusion with approximately 1,50 participants in assemblies.

2. On August 31, 2012, the Defendant participated in an assembly, which was held by the president of the Korea Trade Union DFD on August 31, 2012 before the Republic of Korea in Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, the Defendant held in the Seoul Station that was held by the president of the Korea Trade Union DFD on August 31, 2012.
