Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant treated marijuana as follows, even though he is not a person who handles narcotics, as French nationality:

1. Smoking marijuana;

A. On December 2016, between around 22:0 to 24:00 and around 24:00, the Defendant: (a) smoked with the hemp plant of the amount of flabed tobacco brought by the fire winners in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, and D, “Electronic tobacco shop; and (b) the hemp plant of the amount of flabed tobacco, written in paper, and flabed in a way of smoking, and flabed with three flabs in a way of smoking.

B. On February 2, 2017, between the beginning and middle 22:00 and around 24:00, the Defendant smoked the hemp of one cigarette, which was possessed by E, other than the public prosecution, in the street of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in the manner described in the above A. In addition, the Defendant smoked with E, F, and H, other than the public prosecution, in a manner described in the foregoing paragraph.

2. Receipt of marijuana;

A. On March 2017, the Defendant received, without compensation, approximately KRW 1-2g of the hemp plant from E, other than a public prosecution, on the alleyway located in Yongsan-gu Seoul and around the GJ, between around 20:0 to 24:00, from around early 2017.

B. On March 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 17:00 to 18:00, the Defendant issued the hemp in the vicinity of Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to F, other than the public prosecution, two pieces of tobacco, free of charge.
