A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Receipt of marijuana;

A. On December 2015, the Defendant had been aware of his or her residence in C, in front of his or her around P.M., in order to ensure that he or she had been aware of it.

D. A tobacco has been provided free of charge in a quantity of the hemp plant.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted marijuana.

B. On December 2015, the Defendant received, without compensation, the hemp in a quantity of 1/3 of the paper cups contained in vinyl bags from the above D at the places set forth in the above “A” around the lower end of P.M. on December 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted marijuana.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On October 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stored the hemp plant of a kind of tobacco that was parked on the road side of the Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong in the middle of KRW 18:00; (b) stored the hemp plant in a pipe form; (c) stored the hemp plant of a kind of tobacco that was provided by a person who was in fire; and (d) smoked along with the above D.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, smoked marijuana.

B. On January 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stored the hemp in the e-wing and III truck parkeded on the roadside of the e-scal road in the new e-scal road at the beginning of the first half of the 2016 P.m.; (b) stored the hemp in a tobacco dog; (c) attached the hemp in a quantity of tobacco to which the said D possessed; and (d) smoked along with the said D.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, smoked marijuana.

(c)

On February 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received hemps, such as the foregoing “1-A”, from a toilet located in the Defendant’s residence in the middle Amini city; (b) stored the hemps received in a tobacco dog and smokeed with a fire.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

(d)

around 10:00 on March 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stored the hemp plant received from the Defendant’s residence toilet located in the Republic of Korea, in a tobacco dog in the above “1-B”; and (b) stored the hemp plant in a tobacco dog and smoked it with a fire attached thereto.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.
