A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

One pipe (No. 1) seized, and 0.84g (No. 2) of the hemp plant, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariju) in the Seosan Branch of Daejeon District Court on April 8, 201, and the execution of the above sentence was completed on February 2, 2011.

1. Around February 2012, the Defendant injected the hemp plant in a way that makes a cigarette into tobacco within the Defendant’s passenger car parked near the Yandong-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and then makes it possible for the Defendant to inhale the hemp plant by attaching a fire to it.

2. On January 2013, 2013, the Defendant inhaled the hemp plants in the Yasan-gu, Yasan-si, the E-park in the manner described in paragraph 1, in the manner described in paragraph 1.

3. On February 2013, the Defendant inhaled the hemp in the manner as described in paragraph 1 within the Defendant’s passenger car parked in the factory in Incheon Fman.

4. On March 7, 2013, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-si G 301, made a pipe of tobacco on a g-stamp-ro ju, a tobacco pipe, and inhaleed the hemp plant by inserting the hemp plant in a non-fluent form and attaching a fire.
