1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. A. Around 2011, the Defendant: (a) was a corporation engaged in the yacht manufacturing business, the construction, remodeling, repair, dismantling, and distribution of vessels; and (b) was awarded a building project of the Gyeonggi-do administrative vessel, which is Schlage-do from Gyeonggi-do, and carried out the project (hereinafter “instant project”).

B. On May 23, 2011, the Defendant entered into a consortium agreement with the Plaintiff on the instant project (hereinafter “instant consultant agreement”).

The consortium shall make its best efforts to improve the shipbuilding system and modern yacht shipbuilding technology and method.

1. Business scope consultants will undertake the following detailed tasks:

(1) The management of customers in Korea and overseas (the transfer of technology for the management and operation of a project) for multi-functional administrative ship projects, five (5) the preparation of work process management and cost management manuals for each project; (b) the preparation of work management manuals for dry technology and design consulting; (c) the technical assistance and management support for the relevant subcontractor and customer hosting); and (d) the design of yachts; (e) the detailed specifications recommendation; and (e) the management and operation of the project; and (e) the management and operation technology for the project; and (e) the customer management and operation of the project in Korea and overseas business in each part.

2. The term of the consultant contract shall be one year, and it may be extended by consultation.

3.The consultantpee shall be one hundred million won a year, and sixty million won among them shall be payable on the 10th of each month in 1/12 installments.

In addition, 40 million won shall be paid 40 million won after the completion of this project when this project has completed its successful duties in the budget, quality or payment period.

There are various domestic taxes in this amount.

4. They shall work for at least four working days a week;

wage may be adjusted if it is below that date.

C. After that, the Defendant accepted the Plaintiff’s demand to increase the remuneration, and around October 10, 201, paragraphs (3) and (3) of the instant agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant.
