1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On April 25, 2002, the Plaintiff entered into an advisory service agreement (hereinafter “instant service agreement”) with a project that supplies the Incheon Airport Railroad Machinery and Electric Systems (hereinafter “ASP French Corporation”) (hereinafter “ASSP French Corporation”) with ASTO International Ltd. (the trade name was changed to ASTM Net D.), and all of them were integrated into “ASS U.K. Corporation” and “A.S. Corporation” (hereinafter “ASSP French Corporation”), and the main contents of which are as follows.
ARTICLE 1 – The purpose of this Agreement is to provide advice and support services to Alsom Co., Ltd., U.K., Alsom Co., Ltd., for the selection of E&M system suppliers in relation to the Incheon Airport Railroad Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") in Korea, and to provide the Plaintiff with consulting and support services to Alsom Co., Ltd, U.K., Alsom Co., Ltd., and for the implementation of Con
ARTICLE 3 – Services supplied by the Plaintiff shall include, but are not limited to, the following services:
(a) (b) acquisition and processing of all information related to the project that has a general or specific interest in the development and implementation of the project, and (c) market research and administrative support (d) with respect to the U.K. corporation, Alspa U.K. corporation, Alspa U.K. corporation on behalf of the customer, and the customer visit and notify the related persons at the request of the relevant corporation (e) Alspa U.K. corporation, Alspa U.K. corporation, Alspa U.K. corporation, Alspa French corporation, and Alspa French corporation, provide necessary laws and documents to support Alspa U.K. corporation, Alspa U.K. corporation and Alspa French corporation, and provide them with necessary human resources and facilities to the country located in the project, and provide them with advice related to transactions with the government authorities located in the project.
