1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant, a corporation engaged in the yacht manufacturing business, etc., ordered the Gyeonggi-do administrative vessel “C” construction business (hereinafter “instant project”) from Gyeonggi-do around 201, and continued to implement the instant project.

The plaintiff shall make best efforts to assist the defendant and improve the technology and method of modern yachts building.
