A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On May 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with labor for aiding and abetting the use of computers and other devices at the Seoul Southern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 27, 2016.

[2] On March 1, 2015, the Defendant came to know C while displaying Internet advertisements to borrow bonds and responded to the proposal that C receive a loan as security for apartment houses in which he/she resides, and that C would give KRW 1,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

1. On March 14, 2015, the Defendant of a private document forgery: (a) was committed by the Defendant to a certified broker F, as if the Defendant was a lessor G at the E certified broker office located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government No. 1111, and (b) was informed of the resident registration number and the address of the Defendant; (c) was committed as if the lessee was a lessor; and (d) C had F, as if he was a lessee, enter into the lease contract form for the apartment, “location: 20,00,000,000, and the lease period: March 14, 2017; (a) the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 101, G, and lessee; (b) made the lease contract form for the apartment house with H apartment No. 203, No. 1404, and C, the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government ; and (b) made it prepared the lease contract form for the apartment house with the name of the lessor and signed it in advance.

G’s seal was affixed.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, forged one chapter of the apartment lease contract in the name of G, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2.
