The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. 공소사실의 요지 피고인은 2014. 2. 12. 23:55부터 같은 달 14. 10:35까지 불상의 장소에서 일간베스트저장소 사이트에 있는 ‘일베-일간베스트’ 게시판의 ‘B’이란 게시글에 피해자 C이 게시한 댓글에 대해 ‘네다보’, ‘븅신이 투매이 욕했다고 부들부들 거리는거 봐라, 뭐만하면 좌좀거리지 병신새끼가’라는 취지의 댓글을 게시하는 등 14회에 걸쳐 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.

2. The above facts charged are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act and can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. According to the records of this case, the victim can be acknowledged to have withdrawn the complaint after the public prosecution was instituted. Thus, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed under Article 327(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act and it is so decided as per Disposition.
