A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Mesophopon (tentatively referred to as “copon,” hereinafter referred to as “copon”).

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On July 26, 2018, the Defendant, around July 26, 2018, transferred KRW 400,000 in the G bank account (H) in the name of the F, designated by C (D. D. E) of narcotics sellers in the ATM machine located near the funeral hall of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the G bank account (H) in the name of the F, which is located near the funeral hall of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased the phiphone by receiving approximately 0.5 g of the hidden phiphone in the mail in the non-registered house located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Station.

B. On January 2019, the Defendant: (a) on January 1, 2019, 02:00, the lower court: (b) purchased honphones by taking out approximately KRW 350,000 in cash from the Defendant’s K ASEANed in the vicinity of J School located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (c) 0.5g of honphones contained in vinyl cons.

2. At around 03:00 of the date stated in paragraph 1(b), the Defendant administered opphones in a way that sets 0.5g opphones above Aluminum heading at the Defendant’s residence located in Ma in syllogic M, and cover the smokes generated by heating them.
