A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 537" accused is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On September 1, 2018, the Defendant deposited 6.80,000 won without passbook in the name of the psychotropic drug seller as the purchase price for psychotropic drugs, and then purchased phiphones by means of taking a plastic bag containing a phiphoneless volume which the seller of narcotics concealed in the seat of Daegu-gu Dong-dong-dong-gu-gu-gu-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On September 1, 2018, at around 22:00, the Defendant injected phiphones by inserting approximately 0.07 gopphones from the guest room of the Furmotoon in a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and injection with one’s arms.

B. At around 01:00 on November 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.07 g of phiphones into a disposable injection machine at the foregoing place; (b) dilution with water and administered phiphones by means of injecting them into one’s arms.

"2019 Highest 1150" Defendant dealt with philophones as follows, although he is not a person handling narcotics:

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On November 2, 2018, around 19:48, the Defendant deposited KRW 400,000,000 as a penphone sales price into the E Union account used by a seller of narcotics, etc. in the name-free transaction known through D, and purchased a penphone in such a way that the seller of narcotics, etc. concealed in the seat-free transaction in Daegu-gu, Daegu-si, and then brings about 0.5g of a penphone, which was purchased on the same day.

B. On November 6, 2018, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.5g 40,000,000 from the instant place in which the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.5g of phiphones in the said manner.

C. On November 12, 2018, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 1g 700,000,000 from the said place by the said method at around 15:12.
