Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Purchasing philophones;
A. On January 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around the shortest of January 20, 2015, one of the F Bank’s “G” around the E Station’s cash payment machines located in Gangnam-gu Seoul; (b) 400,000 won, and (c) 0.5 gramphones from “G”.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.
B. On January 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00, within the guest room in the “I” hotel room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, J through J; (b) received 200,000 won from K and 0.09g phiphonephones.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.
C. On January 31, 2015, the Defendant transferred KRW 400,000,000,000,000 from the Nonghyup Bank ATM machine located in the Seoul Southern-gu Seoul Southern-ro, Seoul, to the account in the name of K, to the account in the name of K. On the following day, around 02:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.2g of opphonephones from K by receiving Kwikset services from the outdoor parking lot in the Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones. D.
On February 28, 2015, the Defendant sent 400,000 won to the National Bank account (R) in the name of Q, which was known by a non-scopon seller using tamp telephone iDP from the 1st floor ATM instrument in Gangnam-gu Seoul N, Seoul, and received a text message from the above stopon seller of the stopon to receive the 20,000 won of the stopon, such as Scopon 2:10,000 from the above stopon seller, and then received the 23:50 of the same day from the Scopon seller of the 2nd floor in Dobong-gu Seoul, Seoul.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. From June 7, 2014 to June 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) put V into a single philophone in the Defendant’s dwelling located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan UFD 501; (b) put V the volume of philophone into a single folder; and (c) recorded it into the Defendant’s arms.
