Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes on May 29, 2017

A. On May 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a car while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.145% in a section of approximately 100 meters from B in the front of the city of Silung-si, B around May 23:48, 2017.

B. The Defendant committed assault, on the above date and at the above place, driving a car and driving the car along the road, hearing resistance from the victim D (30) and has a verbal dispute with the victim. 2. Crimes on March 12, 2018:

A. On March 12, 2018, around 21:06, the Defendant: (a) was a person who had a history of driving under the influence of alcohol more than twice; (b) on March 12, 2018, the Defendant was driving a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from Yeonsu-gu Incheon to the front road of the Incheon Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; and (c) was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.09% during blood while under the influence of alcohol; and (d) was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.09%.
