A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has taken over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership;

On June 2010, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership without justifiable grounds despite having received Cknovas no car from B from B.

2. Around August 2014, the Defendant was in arrears with the automobile tax of the said blades car in the vicinity of the Gwangju metropolitan court located in the Seoul metropolitan court located in the Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and thus, the Defendant was held in custody in the office of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. As such, the Defendant was willing to attach the number plate of the cargo vehicle to the said blades car.

On September 2014, the Defendant used the front number plate of the car in front of the Defendant’s office, which was located in F, Jeonnam-do, by attaching the front number plate of the car in F, a motor vehicle registration number plate in air, by putting the front plate of the car in F, the Defendant used the car in front of the Defendant’s office.

3. The Defendant at an illegal-use air defense event: (a) from September 2014 to November 26, 2014, operated the knife car at the Gando-gun located in the Gando-gun, Nando-gun, and exercised the air knife that knife used.

4. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by the mandatory insurance of automobile;

Nevertheless, on November 26, 2014, the Defendant operated an automobile with knife that was not covered by mandatory insurance from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Full-nam-gun F of the Republic of Korea to the front of the Lovewon, located in the same 384-ro 384.
