A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has taken over a registered automobile shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authority within fifteen days after it has been purchased under the conditions as prescribed by Acts and subordinate statutes;

5. Until December 25, 2000, no application was made for the registration of ownership transfer without justifiable reasons.

2. On May 2017, the Defendant: (a) cut off two of the market price in the name in which the victim was placed at a fluored rice fluence in Guro-gu Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul; and (b) the market price in which the victim was in a fluored rice fluor.

3. On February 2017, the Defendant: (a) kept in custody the number plate of a vehicle for the foregoing amount on the grounds of delinquency of automobile tax in payment of automobile tax in light view; (b) had the intent to operate the vehicle number plate attached with a stolen vehicle number plate as described in paragraph (2); and (c) had the vehicle number plate attached to the vehicle number plate before and after the foregoing amount on August 2017, in light of the e-mail on the street in light of the date as described in paragraph (2); and (d) attached the stolen vehicle number plate as described in paragraph (2) in front and rear the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant used the car number plate of air for the purpose of exercising.

4. On October 2, 2017, the Defendant operated a e-mail car with a car number plate attached to the e-mail, as described in paragraph 3, from the front of his residence to the e-mail hospital located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City through the road in front of the F Hospital located in the Namdong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, through the road located in the Namdong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a car number plate, which is an illegally used air.

5. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall be operated on a road;

Nevertheless, the defendant around 13:35 on October 2, 2017.
