Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in construction waste collection and transportation business and mid-term repair business under the trade name of “C” in Yangsan-si.

1. Any person who violates the Special Act on Public Housing shall obtain permission from the competent authority from any person who intends to construct buildings, install structures, change the form and quality of land, gather soil and rocks, divide or combine land, store goods, fell bamboo and trees, or plant trees within an area or a housing zone for which the hearing of opinions from residents, etc. on the designation or change of a housing zone is publicly announced;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from around April 2014 to April 2017, performed an act of piling up goods, such as piling up mixed waste, installing toilets, installing heavy equipment, etc., in Gyeyang-si D (2,31 square meters in total), E (3,138 square meters in total in size), F (2,597 square meters in size) designated as a housing zone without obtaining permission from the competent authority.

2. Violation of the Automobile Management Act;

(a) A person who takes over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said motor vehicle when taking over a passenger car registered in the name G from a person who operated the motor vehicle brokerage business in the name of the Defendant in Yangsan-si on July 2014.

(b) No person shall forge, alter, or use a registration number plate, or trade, assist in the trade of, receive, or use a forged or altered registration number plate;

Nevertheless, the Defendant was kept in custody by a police officer belonging to the Busan Coastal Police Station on July 2017, 2017, the front number plate of HWE300 was kept in custody by the Defendant.

I set up a number plate of a car of an A-A-D in front of the car E300 and used it unlawfully.

A person who takes over a registered motor vehicle shall apply for the registration of transfer of the ownership of the motor vehicle to the Mayor/Do Governor

Nevertheless, the Defendant is K from J in Yangsan-si around October 2013.
