Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for four months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. At around 11:00 on July 7, 2015, the Defendants’ co-principal Defendants conspired to forge a number plate of the F body-man car kept in custody by Defendant A for the reason of tax delinquency from the small-scale viewing and the collection team, and made a car number plate by means of inputting the “F” into the output machine and cutting it in line with size and attaching it on a white acrylic line.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge the car number plate of air for the purpose of exercising.
2. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;
A. On the same day, the Defendant exercised a forged air defense by attaching a forged motor vehicle number plate to the above-mentioned vehicle, which is parked in the front of the Cheongcheon-ro 172-ro 44, Gocheon-ro, Macheon-ro.
(b) Any person who has acquired a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days from the date of purchase;

(c) No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, at around 11:59 on August 19, 2013, the Defendant operated the vehicle of the above 2ndma, which was not covered by mandatory insurance from the vertecheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si.
In addition, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance over a total of 10 times, such as in the attached list of crimes.
