Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 11:15 on March 14, 2015, the Defendant was a person engaging in driving DL car, driving the said car into the front part of the victim E (the 67-year-old driver’s vehicle) who was at the top of the said BLL car and continued to drive the H car at the front part of the said BLL car at the port of BLV. Since there is a center line at that place, a person engaging in driving service is obliged to thoroughly drive the electric-way vehicle and to safely drive the vehicle with the duty of care to safely drive the vehicle. However, the Defendant neglected to do so and led the Defendant to drive the front part of the H car at the front part of the said BL car at the front part of the said BL car at the center of the Defendant, and continued to drive the 5-year-old driver’s vehicle at the front part of the 5-year-old passenger vehicle by the victim (the 33-year-old driver’s vehicle).

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by the above occupational negligence, the injury to the victim E on the left-hand upper part of the upper part of the upper part of the 10-day water-saving line which requires a medical treatment for about 10 weeks, and the injury to K (V, 60 years old) who was on the said e-ray driver’s e-going vehicle due to the e-ray damage, the injury to the complete horse due to the e-ray damage, the victim G, the L(34 years old), the passenger who was on the G driver’s e-going vehicle, and the injury to the e-ray and tension that require a medical treatment for about 2 weeks, and the injury to the victim I, such as the e-mail, which requires a medical treatment for about 2 weeks.
