A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On September 29, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 10:50, and driven the five-lanes of the front speed of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C at about 50 km along the parallel distance from the tent.

In the above occupational negligence, the Defendant: (a) by the victim D’s injury to the franchis, etc. requiring treatment for approximately 8 weeks; (b) the victim F to the right ske, to the right ske, to the lower part, to the franchis, and to the tensions, etc. requiring treatment for about 2 weeks; (c) the victim H to the franchis, which are in need of treatment for about 2 weeks; (d) the injury to the victim R (V, 46 years old); (e) the injury to the kne and tension of other detailed parts requiring treatment for about 2 weeks; (e) the part in need of treatment for about 2 weeks to the victim J; and (e) the injury to the franchis and tensions, etc.; and (e) the injury to the victim N.
