The defendant shall be innocent.

1. Summary of facts charged

A. The Defendant’s employees C, at around 17:40 on July 15, 2005, violated the restriction on the operation of the road management authority by operating D trucking freight owned by the Defendant in the state of loading more than 1.16 tons at 4:16 tons at the business office of the Mariwon located in the 26.9km-ro, the Mariwon-ro, the 2013 Highest 2013 Highest Mali-Ma1722 (a summary order subject to review: 2005 Highest Ma26404, Feb. 2, 2006).

B. Around November 15:11, 2005, the Defendant’s employees E violated the restriction on the operation of a FF vehicle owned by the Defendant and operated the Defendant’s FF vehicle in the condition that the Defendant’s employees are loaded more than 1.14 tons at the 4 km at the 26.6km branch office on an expressway between Young-ri and Young-ri on November 15:11, 2005, while the Defendant’s employees are loaded more than 1.14 tons at the 26.6km branch office on an expressway between Young-ri and Young-ri.

C. Around 16:20 on March 13, 2005, the Defendant’s employees G violated the restriction on the operation of the Defendant’s H cargo by operating the Defendant’s H cargo under the condition that the Defendant’s employees are loaded more than 1.25 tons at the third axis in the vicinity of the Kugdong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 16:20 on March 13, 2005, in relation to the Defendant’s business.

On November 29, 2004, around 08:00 on November 29, 2004, the Defendant’s employees E violated the restrictions on the operation of H truck owned by the Defendant and operated the Defendant’s H truck in excess of 2.5 metric tons from the 2nd line prior to the downstream of Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on November 29, 2004.

E.
