Reasons
1. Summary of facts charged
A. The Defendant’s employees C, as of July 24, 2005, violated the restriction on the operation of the road management authority by operating a DNA vehicle with a total weight of more than 6.05 tons in the Gangnam-gu Olympic Games, around 07:30 on July 24, 2005, at around 2013 Go-Ma3285 (a summary order subject to review: 2006 Go-won District Court Decision 2006 Go-Ga1053, Jul. 31, 2006).
B. Around June 29, 2004, the Defendant’s employee E violated the restriction on the operation of the road management authority by operating the FF rolling stock owned by the Defendant as loaded more than 2.1 ton on the 2 axiss from Samsung C&T located in Seoul on June 14, 2004, around 2004, around February 15, 2006, with respect to the Defendant’s business.
C. Around 06:40 on January 31, 2001, 201, the employees G employed by the Defendant was in violation of the restriction on the operation of the road management authority by operating H cargo vehicles owned by the Defendant, while the Defendant was loaded with a total weight exceeding 9.85 tons at the control station of the vehicle located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul at around 06:40 on January 31, 2001.
On March 3, 2003, the employee I of the defendant 2013 Go-Ma3288 (Order of Summary: 2003 Go-Ma18098 dated July 7, 2003) violated the restrictions on the operation of the road management authority by operating J cargo vehicles owned by the defendant as he was loaded more than 1.22 tons from 3 Maro-gun National Road No. 18:19 on March 3, 2003, Maro-gun, Maro-gun National Road No. 25 on March 3, 2003.
E. Around 00:42 on April 13, 2003, the Defendant’s employees K, who had been engaged in the Defendant’s business, violated the restriction on the operation of the road management authority by operating the Defendant’s Lare loaded with the Defendant’s Lare 1.275 tons at the Incheon Expressway Seoul Highway Corporation’s business office, in excess of KRW 1.275 tons at the 4 cattle, around April 13, 2003.
