The defendant shall be innocent.

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. On May 3, 200, at around 09:39:39 on May 3, 200, the Defendant’s employees A, with respect to the Defendant’s business, violated the restriction on the operation of the road management authority by operating B cargo vehicles owned by the Defendant, while the total weight of 1.3 tons exceeds 1.3 tons at a military entity’s place of business located 19.8km away from the Seo-west Highway 19.8km Highway.

B. Around April 23, 2003, the Defendant’s employees C violated the restriction on the operation of the road management authority by operating D car-type trucks owned by the Defendant in a state where the total weight of 4.6 tons exceeds 4.6 tons in the old class bridge located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around April 23, 2003, around 2003, as to the Defendant’s duties.

C. Around May 9, 2003, the Defendant’s employees E violated the restriction on the operation of the road management authority by operating the F Cargo Vehicles owned by the Defendant as loaded with the Defendant’s total weight of at least 4.01 tons on the front side of a 10km point of the GunGun/Gu Highway, at around 17:18, May 9, 2003, in relation to the Defendant’s business.

On March 27, 2003, the defendant's employees C violated the restrictions on the operation of the road management authority by operating D car trucks owned by the defendant while carrying a total of 4.03 tons of weight of 4.03 tons at the voice line of 209km-dong 209km-dong, Pyeongtaek-si Do-si 2003:56 on March 27, 2003 with respect to the defendant's business.

E. 2013 Highest 1959 (Summary Order: 2003 Highest 27750, Nov. 7, 2003) Employees G of the Defendant with respect to the Defendant’s business, as to the Defendant’s business, the Defendant’s employees G shall operate a H truck owned by the Defendant with a total weight of more than four tons at the front of a military unit’s business office located 10km away from the New Highway (10km), 2003.
