A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant, even if he is not a person handling narcotics,

1. On July 16, 2013, around 18:00, purchase 100,000 won in cash with D’s request for psychotropic drugs-related Mescopon (hereinafter “Mescopon”) to Mescopon, and purchase Mescopon at the same place after approximately 30 minutes of Mescopon, using Mescopon equivalent to 1.6g of Mesopon at the same place;

2. At around 19:30 on July 16, 2013, Kimhae-si E, with D, respectively, 0.05g of the philophones purchased as above, dilution in a single-use injection machine with water as soon as possible, and administering them in a way of injection into their own arms;

3. At around 10:00 on July 24, 2013, in the residence of the Defendant of Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 0.05g of phiphonephones purchased as above, dilution in a single-use injection machine with water promptly, and administering phiphones by means of injection into one’s arms;

4. On July 25, 2013, at around 11:55, the Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, stored KRW 1.12g of the phiphones purchased, in two copies of the philophones in the residence of the Defendant of the Seoul Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by the time of voluntary submission to the police officers belonging to the Seoul East-gu Police Station.
