A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

20,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. on 208 and was sentenced to 6 months for the same crime, and was not a person handling narcotics.

1. At around 16:00 on January 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased philophones and hemps; (b) obtained 0.35 grams of psychotropic drugs from D, Metroptopians (one philophonephone; hereinafter referred to as “philophones”); and (c) remitted 200,000 won to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of E managed by the said D on January 4, 2013.

As above, the Defendant traded philophones and marijuana.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 16:00 on January 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) dilutiond the philophone 0.1g, purchased from D, in a single-use popon; and (b) injected it once in one way in one’s arms.

B. Around 08:00 on January 4, 2013, at the Defendant’s residence located in the Republic of Korea, the Defendant d’s luculous 0.1g of philopon purchased from D in a single-use injection instrument, dilutiond the aquatic water promptly, and administered once in one way of injection into his arms.

C. At around 08:00 on January 5, 2013, the Defendant, at the residence of the above Defendant, d in a single-use injection machine, dilution of the opon 0.1g of the opon 0.1g of the opon copon purchased from D, and then injected once in a way of injection into his arms.

3. Smoking of hemp plants;

A. On January 7, 2013, at around 24:00, the Defendant smoked the hemp plant by putting in pipes manufactured by D the sprink of the hemp plant in a stuffed stuff, with a smoke attached thereto, at the above Defendant’s residence.

B. On January 31, 2013, at around 24:00, the Defendant inhales, in the above Defendant’s residence, the fluoral quantity of the hemp purchased from D, in pipes made by the stuffing day.
