A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

913,500 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics,

1. On December 2013, at around 23:00 on the first day of December, 2013, E purchase the number franchising car parked on a road near the D hotel located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, E, with a price of KRW 1.7 million for psychotropic-related psychotropic drugs (one penphone; hereinafter the same shall apply) and approximately 20 minutes after the lapse of about 20 minutes from E;

2. accept 0.1g of philophones purchased as above at the above date, at the above time, from E free of charge, and receive them:

3. At the residence of the Defendant at 01:00 on the second day of December 2013, 2013, the Defendant 3 A. A. 416, Goyangdong-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Mayang-si: (a) dilution of 0.05g of philophones purchased as above with water in a single-use injection instrument; and (b) in a way of injection with his own arms;

4. At around 18:00 on December 26, 2013, in the above Defendant’s residence, receive from G a free 0.1g of the penphones purchased as above at the above 0.1g of the penphones purchased;

5. At around 01:00 on December 27, 2013, in the above Defendant’s residence, the 0.05g of phiphonephones purchased as above were dilution with water in a single-use injection machine, and is administered in a way of injection with his own arms;

6. At around 15:00 on December 31, 2013, receive from G the amount equivalent to 0.05g of the penphones purchased as above, free of charge, in the above-mentioned Defendant’s dwelling;

7. At around 15:00 on December 31, 2013, in the dwelling of the above accused, 0.05g of phiphonephones purchased as above were dilution with water in a single-use injection machine, and is administered in a way of injection with their arms;

8. At around 01:00 on January 1, 2014, in the above Defendant’s residence, dilution of 0.05g of phiphonephones purchased as above with water in a single-use injection instrument, and administering them in a way of injection with his own arms;

9. At around 22:00 on January 6, 2014, the amount equivalent to 0.05g of philophones purchased as above in the above-mentioned dwelling place of the above accused.
