A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

“2013 Highest 2857” Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, even if he is not a person handling narcotics;

1. At around 03:00 on September 6, 2013, water is dilutiond with a single-use injection instrument, which contains a quantity equivalent to 0.03g of 0.03g of psychotropic drugs dry from D, and is administered in one-use injection instrument, and then in injection with one’s arms;

[2014 Highest831] The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, even if he is not a person handling narcotics;

1. On January 25, 2014, around 18:00, the Defendant issued an order of approximately 0.5g of psychotropic drug holders (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) via the Internet to sell and purchase philopon by receiving approximately 0.5 gramlopon through Kwikset service, after depositing KRW 300,000 from the post office account designated by the above winners of the name.

2. On January 25, 2014, at around 20:10 on January 25, 2014, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.08g of opononon on the single-use popon into the right arms of the Republic of Korea located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in a non-permanent guest room, and dilution it with a single-use popon into the right arms;

3. The Defendant, at around 13:00 on the 26th day of the same month, administered approximately 0.08 gramphonephones in the same manner as the above 2.2.

4. The defendant around 00:00 on the 27th day of the same month, at the defendant's house located in K and 202 Dong 202 (L building) in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and in the same manner as the above 2th day above.
