Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B Poter cargo vehicle.
On October 2, 2014, the Defendant driven the above cargo without obtaining a driver's license at around 06:30 on October 2, 2014, while driving the two-lane 342 at the right angle 342 at the port of the Tri-ririririri-ri, the Defendant turned to the left at 40-50km from the right side of the transmission to Seoul, and turn to the left.
