Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 22, 2014, at around 11:25, the Defendant driving a CPoter 2 freight, and proceeding at the 12-lane 12, Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Hunol-ro, along the four-lane straight lanes between the five-lane two-lanes in the vicinity of the salted intersection of the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency.

The left turn has been made in the direction of the fruit.

Since there is a road crossing, if a driver of a motor vehicle intends to make a left-hand turn at the intersection, he/she has a duty of care to make a left-hand turn using the center inside the intersection in advance along the center line of the road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without neglecting the above duty of care, violated the passage method through the intersection by blocking the conditions of the road and traffic condition from the right-hand and left-hand turn at the right-hand edge of the front line.

2. On September 19, 2014, around 07:44, the Defendant violated the passing method through the intersection by making a turn turn turn turn turn turn turn turn turn turn at the right-hand and left-hand turn at the same place as indicated in paragraph 1.

3. On October 4, 2014, around 16:11, the Defendant violated the passing method through intersection by making a turn turn turn turn turn turn turn turn turn turn at the right-hand and left-hand turn at the same place as indicated in paragraph 1.
