Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 17, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents in order to file a lawsuit against B, a complainant of the Incheon District Court located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Incheon District Court as evidence for the delivery of a building, and submit a false lease agreement as evidence, at the Defendant’s “D” office located in Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon as a real estate lease contract, the Defendant “Seoul-do Kimpo-si,” “site” in the land category column, “851 square meters” in the land size column, “46 square meters” in the building structure use column, “No. 20,000,000” in the space column, “No. 1,000,000,” “No. 20,000,” and “No. 37,000,” and “No. 37,000,” in the name and address column, “No. 1, 2010,” and “No. 37,” column.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the real estate lease contract concerning rights and duties or certification of facts for the purpose of exercising the rights and duties.

2. On April 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) submitted a forged real estate lease agreement to a public official of the court, who is unable to know his/her name, at the Incheon District Court’s Branch Branch Branch Branch Office located in 445, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul; and (b) exercised it as if the agreement was duly formed.
