Punishment of the crime

1. 그리하여 피고인들은 2011. 10. 20. 20:00경 광주 서구 F부동산에서, 그곳에 비치된 컴퓨터를 이용하여 부동산임대차계약서 서식의 소재지 칸에 ‘광주광역시 광산구 D아파트 207동 1401호’, 토지의 지목 칸에 ‘대’, 건물의 구조, 용도란에 ‘주거용’, 임대할 부분 칸에 ‘전유부분전부’, 보증금 칸에 ‘금 오천만(50,000,000)’, 계약금 칸에 ‘금 일천만’, 잔금 칸에 ‘금 사천만’, 차임 칸에 ‘금 구십만’, 존속기간 칸에 ‘2011, 07, 15, 2013, 07, 14’ 특약사항의 임대인 계좌 칸에 ‘우체국 G B’, 날짜 칸에 ‘2011, 07, 05’, 임대인의 주소 칸에 ‘광주광역시 서구 H아파트 201동 608호’, 주민등록번호 I‘, 전화 칸에 ’J‘, 성명 칸에 ’B‘, 임차인의 주소란에 ‘광주광역시 광산구 K 311동 XXXX호’, 주민등록번호 칸에 ‘L’, 전화 칸에 ‘M’ 성명 칸에 ‘E’이라고 작성하여 출력하였다. 이후 피고인 B은 검은색 볼펜을 이용하여 위와 같이 출력한 부동산임대차계약서의 임차인 성명란 옆에 ‘E'이라고 기재하고 그 이름 옆에 미리 준비한 E의 도장을 찍었다.
