Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the last car in D body.
On January 20, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.121% during blood, and driven the said car at a speed of about 20km per hour, depending on one-lane from the new oil station distance along which he/she used the roads in front of Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, and court private distance, and turned to the left of the court.
