When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The Defendant is a person who drives a rocketing motor vehicle on duty.

On October 1, 2016, the Defendant, even though he was in the suspension period of the driver’s license on the above vehicle, was driving approximately 4 km from the 29 Ethm-ro, Pyeongtaek-si to the front of the 183 court shooting distance.
