1. The duties of Defendant A, Defendant B, and F, working as the president of the E Monitoring Group, the secretary general, and the chairman of the environment subcommittee, and the 8-time environmental photograph competition under the supervision of the E Monitoring Group, must be selected through a fair review.

Nevertheless, Defendant A, B, and F conspired, around 12:0 on May 1, 201, and around 12:00, the F received KRW 300,000 from the above I, K, and M (child J Do Governor's award), with respect to the 8-time environmental photograph screening method administered by the E Monitoring Body at its office, Defendant I (child J Do Governor's award), K (child N Do Governor's award), and M (the Chairperson's award at the Office of Education of Jeollabuk-do's Office of Education) received KRW 90,000 from the above I, K, and M, and received KRW 30,000 from the 200,000,000 from the 201,000,0000,000,000 won from the 300,000,0000,000,000,000,000,000,00,00,00.
